Photos: Option for photos based on day, weather, and time

example - if it’s raining, a rainy photo. and if during that, it’s the autumn season, so the photo will be a rainy autumn photo. if it’s dawn, then the photo would be a rainy autumn dawn.

as an option so users can switch between how the photos are now, and how they could be based on the day, weather and time. or just one of those.
