Color theme for photos#498

I want to generally have white/bright colored photos. It would be cool if you had eg 7 curated photo lists for each color. Advanced feature: allow user to choose multiple of these lists at once. Super advanced: allow user to specify percent of each color list they want shown (eg 30% colors with yellow, 65% white, 5% blue)
