Moon phase widget#386

Please can we have a moon phase widget which shows the current phase of the moon and maybe clicking on the widget will show a moon phase calendar. As a pagan I’d find this invaluable and I am sure other people have an interest in the phase of the moon.

Thanks for your suggestion! :)

In the Plus version of Momentum there is an ‘Extra weather info’ option that includes the moon phase, sunrise/sunset, humidity %, hourly forecast and more!

If you already have Momentum Plus, simply click the weather at the top right corner of your dashboard and then hover your mouse over the ‘Sunrise’ or ‘Sunset’ info.

If you’re in the UK the weather widget doesn’t include moon phase information which makes me think your weather provider is not very cosnsistent in the information thats provided. The lack of Moon phase in one reigon is especially odd as its pretty consistent the world over.

So I shall reiterate… A moon phase widget would be really useful for me and I’m sure lots of other people would find it useful to. Especially as for many of us that information is not provided in the weather widget. (I have attached a screetshot)

Thanks for your reply and including that screenshot.

My apologies for the confusion. To see the Moonphase, you must place your mouse cursor over the Sunrise or Sunset data for a second. I’ll share a gif to better illustrate this.

I hope that hovering your mouse over the Sunrise/Sunset section provides you with the information you’re looking for. If more people share their interest in seeing the Moonphase info we’d be happy to look into other ways we can surface it. :)

Wow, I had no idea how much extra info was in that weather widget if you hover over various points. If you haven’t already mentioned that in a blog, I bet a lot of users would be interested in learning about that feature.
