Links: Glassy favicons on pinned links

Pinned link icons have colors which can clash with the photo. Add a feature to make the icons monochromatic so they follow a more consistent look.

A couple notes:

• This update coincides with our new favicon system. As that update rolls out, your pinned icons will switch from grayscale to a glass look.

• If you’d like to disable this update, you can go to Links → ••• and toggle ‘Color pinned icons’ on.
