Music control

We’re trying to solve a problem in our school of individual learners having their own spotify playlists and playing that music in a way that doesn’t show video. Our hope is that we can use the existing Momentum sounds player as the solution.

The feature we need though is for a team admin to be able to:

1. Turn off the plus sign on the dashboard that allows learners to add their own playlists.
2. Create a playlist and push it out to the whole team as an option - like how the existing playlists are universal.
3. Control the menu tabs in the sound dropdown (i.e.recent, soundscapes, spotify, etc.) to limit which tabs are available.

Basically, we’re hoping for a team admin dashboard sound control to be able to toggle on and off each feature as well as push playlists out to our whole team. Can you guys make this happen?
