Task icons show in Today tab

I absolutely love the new To Do list function. Actually a bit obsessed and almost counterproductive as playing with it a lot!

I absolutely love the ability to customise the colour and icon for each task list — it’s such a great feature.

One thing that would make it even better would be if, when a task is added from a list into the “Today” view, the original list’s icon came across with it.

At the moment, I work around this by manually adding a label at the start of each task (for example, “P: Ironing” or “Business: Design business cards”) so that when it appears in the Today list, I can quickly see where it’s come from.

It works, but having the icon carry through automatically would make organising the day much quicker and clearer at a glance. I tend to balance my week with a mix of business and personal tasks (for example, three business and one personal during the week, and the reverse at weekends), so being able to instantly recognise the source list would really help.

It would also make reviewing what I’ve achieved at the end of the day much easier.

Is this something that might be possible in a future update?
