Tab Stash: Convert Stashed Tabs to Quick Link List, or, allow them to persist after restore

D

There are two reasons I’d like to be able to take a stashed tabs group and convert it to a group of links.

  1. To create a link list, I currently have to add each tab one by one. It would be much faster if I could:

    • choose to stash all the tabs
    • name that stash as I want
    • and then on the ellipses, choose “convert to link list”
Alternatively, you could also give the option to save all tabs in the current window to a new quick link list.
  2. Most of the time, I used stashed tabs for something that doesn’t warrant bookmarking the group nor making them a quick link list. I use them for things more temporary in nature. However, at times I want to open a stashed set of tabs, do some things with it (maybe closing one or two as well), and then stash it again when I’m done (or possibly convert it into a quick link list). Because of this, it would be nice if:
    a. as mentioned above, convert the stashed tabs into a quick link list
    b. also, being able to restore the stash and either

    - PREFERRED: have the stash name remembered, so if I stash again for that window and so it is auto-named when I stash that window again
    - ALTERNATE/OK: or if PREFERRED is too hard to implement, then just giving the option to open all tabs in the stash without deleting the stash from the list would be ok.
