Focus Mode: Picture-in-picture popout timer

We have received a lot of feedback that people would like a way to continuously see the timer when in Focus Mode.

This feature would add a button to pop the timer into a smaller window overlaid above other windows on your desktop.

The Picture-in-picture popout timer is now available in our 2.16 update! You can find it in the top right in Focus Mode.
